How to use Realtor Browse AI Automation
The Browse AI robots are as follows –
1. Extract list of properties from the Realtor.com
After you feed this robot, A search URL from Realtor.com, and the Maximum number of properties you want to extract, it will extract the following information for you – Property link, Price, Bed, Bath, Sq.ft, Sq.ft lot. Address, Image UR.

2. Extract list of realtors from Realtor.com
Using this pre-built robot, you can extract a list of realtors in your city. But who can benefit from using this pre-built robot?
Well, there can be two applications.
First, anyone who is looking to find their next dream home. And second, anyone who wants to generate a list of leads of realtors. If you have a kitchen appliance business, you can send emails to these leads asking if you could strike a deal.
After you provide this robot with the following information – Realtor list URL of agents from Realtor.com and the maximum number of agents you want to extract their data, it will extract a list of Names, Phones, Companies, Reviews, and How many properties have they sold.
To use this robot, go to Realtor, and open the Find Realtors tab. Pick a city for which you want a list of Realtors.
3. Extract property details from Realtor
If you are thinking about switching to a new home, you might want to first list down all the homes you think meet all your requirements. This is where this Browse AI robot can help you.
After you enter the Property URL, this Browse AI robot will scrap the following data –
- Price
- Estimate
- Bed
- Address
- Image URL
- Bath
- Sqft
- Sqft lot
- Property details
- Property indicators
To use this robot, from the REaltor website, visit the Buy/Sell/Rent page
Land on the property you want the details for, copy its URL and paste it into the Property URL on realtor.com. After the robot is done extracting, you will have the property details.
This automation returned two tables. In the first table, we were able to see the dimension of the property, how many beds it has, how many baths it has, and many more.
In the second table, we could see HOA fees associated with the property, the year it was built, and so on.
